Product Returns Policy

Our goal is to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please take a moment to review our return policy below.

We cannot accept returns for the following:

  • Opened media products (books, CDs, DVDs, games)
  • Opened and used electronics
  • Discontinued products

  • All other items available for sale may be returned within 30 days of the ship date for a refund. All returns require a Return Authorization Number – please contact our customer service department by email at returns@dealpal.com.

    Returned merchandise must be unused, with its original packing and accessories intact or it may be subject to a restocking fee of 15%, as determined by our fulfillment center.

    Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Customers will be credited for the product purchased only, which does not include any shipping charges.

    Return details:

    • Defective product must be in original factory carton with all original packing materials
    • All miscellaneous materials such as manuals, accessories and cables must be included. If any of these materials are missing, your account will be billed accordingly.
    • The Return Authorization number must be on the shipping label, not the carton. PLEASE DO NOT WRITE ON THE CARTON.
    • Returns must be shipped freight prepaid. Products received freight collect, without an RA number, not approved for return or in any way not meeting the above criteria, will be refused.
    • Return Authorization numbers are valid for fourteen (14) days only. Any products returned after the expiration date will be refused.
    • No returns will be accepted for discontinued products.

    Defective, Damaged, or Wrongly Shipped Items
